    Hi there!

    I went inside your website and purged all your cache but that didn’t make the favicon show on your pages. Also, if I upload your icon image file on my website (I am using the Kadence theme), it works properly – https://share.getcloudapp.com/7KuWqDzG.

    I’d like to do more troubleshooting steps but I hope you can give us the permission first. Or you can also try doing them yourself if you haven’t yet. Here’s our guide – https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website/.

    To temporarily deactivate plugins without affecting your actual website, you can use the Health Check plugin – https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/.

    Please let us know how it goes and if we can help you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    @Karla

    I see you tried with this links, and said that there are no problem with the theme:
    https://startertemplatecloud.com/g38/

    I see the website using WP rocket for caching.
    Please check the catching status (inpection network):
    1. No item on page => Homepage => Fastcgi-Cache: HIT
    2. Add item on product page
    3. Return to home page => Home page => Fastcgi-Cache: BYPASS

    THIS MEAN THAT PAGE WILL NOT BE CACHED IF THERE ARE AN ITEMS IN CART. THIS IS THE ISSUES. HEAVILY IMPACT WOO PERFOMANCE. NO ECOMMERCE THEME WORKED LIKE THIS (homepage should be cache even if there are item in cart).

    Please Note that: Other Popular Woo themes with STILL CACHED THE PAGE IF THERE ARE AN ITEM IN CART (NOT BYPASS CACHED LIKE KADENCE).

    There will be no serious high traffic Woo Store use Kadence theme if Page cannot be cached if there are an item in cart,

    So this is Kadence issue. Please acknowledege the issue and fix this. Thank you very much.

    So this is Kadence issue.

    Hi There,

    I am unable to watch the video as it is not loading. Check the screenshot:https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guXPQ92

    You can also try to exclude /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/frontend/add-to-cart.min.js in your Litespeed cache plugin.

    I hope this helps, please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kadence not updating cart item number when using litespeed plugin

    – Click on add to cart -> cart show 1
    – return to home page -> cart show 0

    -> Litespeed cache enable, standard option

    This is very basic issue that I dont think Big Theme like Kadence has this issue. I tried with other popular Woo themes, they dont have this issue. PLEASE FIX!

    Hi there, for some random reason I’ve just noticed that if I click on my upper menu logo anywhere from any page on my site, it goes to The // at the end of the url is basically breaking the link, it doesn’t go anywhere unless you backspace one of the slashes and reload. I’ve tried searching in the site files on the server side, as well as all the general site and theme settings (running Pinnacle Premium), and I can’t figure out why it’s doing that. I just updated the theme and cleared the cache, and that did nothing to address the issue. Thanks!

    Hi Vanessa,

    Thank you for giving us an update and verifying the issue is being resolved when Grow Social Plugin is disabled.

    I believe you might still be able to use this plugin on your website. From what I understand, the Pro version is able to automatically add Pinterest pin buttons to the images on your website. However, in doing this, it is adding the class that is causing this issue on your website.

    Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBuJYpYe

    I did a quick search and found that there is a way to disable this specific feature: https://www.wptasty.com/knowledge-base/how-do-i-convert-my-pinterest-images-from-mediavine-grow-or-social-warfare

    Or do you need this specific feature to work on your website?

    Regarding the issue with the format of the Advanced Gallery, can you give us more information on this?

    This is how I am seeing the images on your page: https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uvAwxg

    You mentioned: “I installed the Social Warfare free version before I pay for the Pro version. I was still having issues with the format of Advanced Galleries. I deactivated Perfmatters and all looks great.

    Please also purge any cache you have after applying the changes. It is possible that the changes will not reflect on the website if the cached resources are not updated.

    Can you send us a screenshot of what it should look like instead?

    You can try apps like https://zight.com/ to record your screen or capture screenshots and easily share the links with us.

    This will help us identify what is causing the formatting issue and investigate a solution to fix it.

    Please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Teejay.

    Hi There,

    I am unable to replicate the issue on my test website. I am using the latest version of the Kadence theme and Kadence Starter Templates.

    This error:
    “An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 633.” That is saying that a file in the Kadence Starter Templates is not available. That could happen because of permissions, or it could happen because the plugin wasn’t correctly installed.

    [Troubleshoot]

    • Login to your website via Recovery mode.
    • Delete and reinstall the Kadence Starter Templates.
    • Clear your cache (if any)

    If the issue still persists, connect with your hosting provider and ask them to change the permissions of a file.

    You can also deactivate the plugin if you already imported a template. It won’t affect your current website.

    Please let us know if this resolves the issues.

    Best Regards,
    Archita

    I don’t know if there was a recent theme update but my whole home page is broken now. It only looks correct when I view it while logged into WordPress. If I view it while logged out, or on a different browser, the Post Grid carousels and some other design elements are messed up. I purged all cache, both within WordPress and also cleared my browser history. I cleared Autoptimize cache as well. Any ideas? See screenshots. I named them “correct” vs “incorrect” so you can see what it’s supposed to look like vs. what it actually looks like.

    Hi, Rick!

    I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    I viewed the page and you’re right, the accordion is not opening. When I viewed the page sources, the Kadence Blocks’ CSS and JS file for the Accordion block is there. However, the correct CSS classes are not toggled when the title panes when clicked – https://share.getcloudapp.com/geuPqJBv.

    Here’s how it works on my page – https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOuK9wEj.

    If you temporarily deactivate the W3 Total Cache plugin, will the issue be fixed? If so, try to turn off some options and test the page again so you can pinpoint which optimization option is causing the layout/function issue.

    I hope this helps, and let us know how we can help you further.

    Regards,
    Karla

    Hi Teejah,

    Thanks for your response.

    Cache cleare, not working.
    I have deactivated all plugins, but the problem is still here.

    You say that you don’t see a problem with the accordion? Well here I do have the problem (multiple people I have asked see the same problem). The accordion is not opening when you click on one of the items.

    Best regards,
    Rick

    Hey there,

    You can add the Pastebin Code into a Custom HTML Block. I tried this on my test website, and the embed worked for me this way.

    Can you try adding the code to a Custom HTML Block and see if it works for you?

    As for the ticket submission issue, can you try clearing your Browser Cache? Then can you try submitting a new ticket and see if it works? Also, try submitting from a different browser and see if the issue persists.

    I hope this information was helpful to you. Please let me know if this works for you.

    Best regards,
    Victor

    On my kadence site, the home page displays the archives correctly for multiple pages:

    However, if I go into one of the auto generated category pages and press page 2, I get a redirect error, e.g:

    The url seems to be generating correctly. I’m using cloudflare as the caching (and redis). I tried flushing the cache for both and still the same problem

    #284135

    Hi there,

    I see that this page is using a transparent header. You can set a different logo for a transparent header in Customizing ▸ Header > Transparent Header setting.

    Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/mXubrWLN

    Please also purge any cache you have after applying the changes. It is possible that the changes will not reflect on the website if the cached resources are not updated.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Teejay.

    Hello Oliver,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Under the List Settings, select No underline for the LIST LINK STYLE. See screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/BluzJ5lZ

    If it still does not remove the underline, clear the website cache and share the link to the page in concern.

    Best,
    Chito

    #284042

    Hi Teejay,

    Thanks for your help with this. Much appreciated.

    I’ve cleared all caches now – there were a few in my host (Cloudways) that I’d forgotten. Varnish & Redis.

    Issue is still occurring but I’ve done some additional tests.

    I tried swapping to a different type of top divider. This changed without any issues but the colour was still white.

    I removed the element and re-added it – still incorrect colour remained.

    Also, I noticed an additional issue – the divider element itself isn’t following the settings in the block editor.

    Screenshots to explain what I mean are below.

    Back-end display & settings: https://app.screencast.com/7IDOOdtSPFY1H

    Front-end display: https://app.screencast.com/XElBsWMGRT7UJ

    Both issues are quite confusing. Preview works fine for both issues.

    Any idea how we can fix these?

    Thanks,
    Adam

    #284034

    Hi Adam,

    I am not able to replicate this on my test website. The Top Divider color is being applied for an Element being to the pages on my test site.

    Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBuJ1qzp

    I tried to inspect the element on your website. I see that the style being applied to this section is from a cached resource.

    Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBuJ1qkp

    Please also purge any cache you have after applying the changes. It is possible that the changes will not reflect on the website if the cached resources are not updated.

    Let us know how it goes, we’ll be more than happy to help.

    Best regards,
    Teejay.

    In reply to: Pagination overflow

    #284011

    Hi, Mark.

    This is expected since there are a lot of “page” numbers already.

    If we adjust this further, the page buttons will be too small on some mobile devices. On the other hand, if you’d still want that, make sure to add Chito’s CSS code to Customizer > Additional CSS:

    @media(max-width:767px){
        .blog nav.navigation.pagination,
        .archive.category nav.navigation.pagination {
            overflow-x: auto;
            padding-bottom: 20px;
        }
        .blog .nav-links,
        .archive.category .nav-links{
             min-width: 400px;
        }
    }

    Currently, I do not see this being applied. This is how it should work – https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9uZnnw2.

    I saw that you have SiteGround so please clear any cache after saving your changes.

    I hope this helps, and let us know if we can help you further.

    Regards,
    Karla

    It happens on both the latest Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Windows 11 in mobile view. You can also see in the screenshot attached to the first post what Google’s Page Speed Insights sees. I have cleared the cache both locally and on the web host. I can see it every time I reload the page on my phone but it’s a quick flash before it reformats to the proper layout. If I edit the network settings of the Chrome browser to Slow 3G w/ cpu throttling (Right click -> Inspect -> Performance Insights -> Throttling -> Slow 3G 4x slowdown) it becomes very obvious when the page loads and is called out within the waterfall. See the attached screenshot. It specifically calls out kb-splide-init.min.js as the script that causes the layout shift.

    Hi TaKenya,
    Thanks for reaching out! Have you cleared your browser cache? Can you send screenshots of what you’re seeing in Chrome vs how it should look?

    Kindly,
    Hannah
