Please clear your cache and then check because sometimes this error occur due to cache.

    Hey Steve,

    I see you have applied:

    ::after {
        color: #765CF1;
    }

However, that code applies to all elements that have ::after pseudo-class.

I tried the code I provided you on the frontend, and it’s working fine – here’s a video: https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6u7L1qo

If you have already cleared all the website and browser cache but the code still does not reflect, I’d be glad to look closer. Here’s a guide to grant me temporary admin access and send the login link here as a reply. Kindly check as well the “Set as private reply” option below.

    Best,
    Chito

    Hi Chito,

Thanks for taking the time to do this for me.

I’ve added your code into Customizer > Additional CSS for Kadaence but it doesn’t seem to be affecting my menus/primary navigation. I’ve cleared my browser cache and tried different browsers but the header text & underline text on my site remain black, as set via Customizer – not red & green as per the CSS. The header can be viewed at https://fsetest.instawp.xyz

    Did I miss something?

    Kind regards,

    Steve

Hello, first of all thank you for the answer. I know all the tips mentioned, I have been developing websites with WordPress for over 10 years. After I could not eliminate the error, I did not want to destroy any of my other development sites and have not updated the Kadence updates (theme, plugins) there first.
Because of your hint, the error would not be traceable, I have now updated another page. The error does not occur there. After that I overwrote the theme folder and also the Kadence plugins with the versions of the working installation. Unfortunately without success.
It is mysterious, it is definitely not due to other plugins and also not the cache. Is there any setting – for example in the Customizer – that prevents the display of the missing options?
If I actually come across a solution yet, I will report.

    Hi Roland,

I am unable to replicate the issue on my test website. Check the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/QwuwyjRJ

I am using the latest version of Kadence blocks Version 3.1.10 and the Kadence theme Version: 1.1.41.

Please confirm the version of the Kadence blocks at your end. If there is an update, I recommend you take a backup of the website and update it to the latest version. Once updated, see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue still persists, please follow the following steps to troubleshoot:

I hope this helps, please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

Has anyone had this problem? I have been at it for about 5 days and no one has given me a solution that helps. Cache is cleared. Tried on different devices. Kadence Blocks updated and now any new Kadence Elements that I create refuse to show on the frontend. I have even tried a troubleshooter plugin and the only plugins enabled were kadence pro and kadence blocks, along with the Kadence theme. Everything else was disabled and still the hooked elements will not show. I sent a few messages and received 1 reply each and now crickets. I do not understand what is going on here when I paid for Pro and now no resolve for an issue which clearly seems to be a conflict between the Kadence blocks and the Kadence Elements plugins. I have created over 200 elements already which are still working, but new ones refuse to show on the front end after the Kadence Blocks update. Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hi there!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I can confirm that the styles on the homepage for the banner are different from other pages. However, I do not have a comparison for the Post Grid block. Could you give us a page URL where we can see another Post Grid block?

Also, I cannot confirm why the CSS styles are different because the CSS files were optimized by Autoptimize – https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAu9eAE7.

If you deactivate all of your optimization and cache temporarily, will the style differences persist?

    Kind regards,
    Karla

I’m facing some issues with my WordPress site that I hope you can help me with.

Recently, I installed the Kadence Pro Theme, but I noticed a problem with the homepage. Even after the installation, it kept displaying the default homepage of the Twenty Twenty Two theme. I tried to resolve this issue by clearing my CDN cache, and thankfully, that fixed the problem.

However, since then, I’ve been experiencing significant lagging on my site. The overall site speed isn’t up to par, and it’s concerning as it affects my users’ experience.

Currently, I’m using WP Rocket for cache management, but I’m unsure if this plugin could be causing the slowdown. Is there a possibility that the plugin or even a conflict with the new theme is causing this? I’m not sure how to proceed, and any advice would be appreciated.

In addition, are there any proven strategies or best practices you could recommend for improving my website’s speed? I’m looking for genuine and practical guidance, as I understand that site speed is critical for retaining visitors and improving SEO.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I eagerly await your insights and guidance.

    Hi there,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, as we have a high volume of tickets.

I’m glad to hear the issue’s now resolved. I can also confirm that all the pages display the same header and footer. However, I have just visited the site a while ago and didn’t do anything.

I believe it really was the website cache that caused the issue. Since you have two caching plugins; LiteSpeed Cache and SpeedyCache, it’s like they are breaking each other’s functionalities. We recommend using only one caching plugin to prevent issues like this.

If the issue happens again in the future, please make sure to clear the website cache first and don’t hesitate to reach out to us again if the issue persists.

    Best,
    Chito

    Hi there,

My Post Grid Carousels on my home page are broken again. They’re supposed to have a box shadow and white background behind the titles. Every time there are plugin updates, the post grid carousel is the first thing to break.

I tried purging all cache in Autoptimize and within StackCache, I also purged Safari browser cache and cleared history. The recently updated plugins included Kadence Blocks, Kadence Blocks PRO Extension, MailPoet, and Woocommerce Payments. I deactivated them all one at a time but it didn’t do anything. The Kadence ones are necessary for my site to function so I didn’t want to leave them disabled for too long, it seems like deactivating them would just break more things instead of fix anything.

Also my SimpleBanner at the top of my page doesn’t have the right font color, font style, or background color all the sudden.

My Post Grid Carousels and my SimpleBanner look correct everywhere else on my site, it’s only a problem on the home page.

Any ideas? Here is my website.

    Thanks,
    Claire

I use Kadence in the free version, so I don’t use conditional headers. I cleared the cache – still the same.

I reinstalled WP, template and Kadence block. Still the same. The header and footer still look different on the home page than on other pages (mobile version).

Go to the website from your phone and see how it looks. I don’t understand it.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for the video.

I see you are using the default template for the Home, Shop, and other pages. They also use the built-in header.

Can you please check for conditional headers and make sure you use only one header? More info about Kadence Conditional Headers:
    https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/conditional-headers/

If the issue persists, please clear any cache you might have on your website.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi there,

Thanks for the link to your website.

I checked it on different screen sizes, but didn’t see the issue – here’s a video: https://share.getcloudapp.com/v1uWnLxr

I’ve also checked it on my mobile phone and got the same result.

Can you please clear the browser cache or check the issue again in an incognito window?

If the issue persists, can you please send a screen recording?

    Thanks,
    Chito

Hi Karla! I’ve reactivated the link, and cleared the cache (and checked it on an incognito window and a browser I haven’t used in a couple of years), and the // is still showing. Thanks so much for your help, I really appreciate it. 😊

    Hi, Dana!

Could you re-activate the temporary login link you sent us before so we can check your child theme?

Also, have you purged/flushed all cache enabled on your website? If not yet, try to do that, and let’s see if the code will take effect properly.

Let us know how it goes.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    Hi there,

On my homepage I have a Post Grid Carousel with the taxonomy selected as “Categories” and the category is “USA National Parks”. I posted a Yellowstone Hiking Itinerary on July 4th and it is not showing up in this carousel. I have cleared all cache within WordPress and also my browser many times since July 4th. I tried editing my homepage by choosing a different category for this carousel and then changing it back to the USA National Parks category again, thinking it just needed a nudge to reload. I double checked that I actually assigned the USA National Parks category to the post in question, and I did. Any ideas?

It doesn’t show up correctly regardless of whether I am logged into WordPress or not, which I thought was weird. Usually when I have a cache related issue, it looks right when I’m logged in and only looks wrong when I’m logged out.

    Thanks,
    Claire

I want to Speed Up my website. So I try to use WP Rocker or LiteSpeed cache plugin on my website.
But problems create when I enable “Load JS Deferred”. Is there any way to Deferred javaScript in Kadence Theme? If yes, How?

Using Caching plugin is not my main concern. But I want to speed up my website. site link: NIDBD

    Hi There,

I have installed Popup maker plugin on my website. It didn’t break my website or menu. Check the screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nup7DW8

Can you provide us with further information on how and where you integrated the popup maker? You can use the apps like Zight or Loom to record your screen or capture screenshots of the issue and easily share the links with us.

Please follow the following steps to troubleshoot:

I hope this helps, please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Hi There,

I have checked your website. The horizontal lines are not displaying beneath your footer menu.
    Check the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDuEXr24

If the underline is still displaying at your end, I would recommend that you clear the cache of both the website and browser.

As you are using the WP Rocket plugin, you can check using a dedicated query string that will bypass all of WP Rocket’s optimizations: ?nowprocket
    https://soundsoftext.com/id/?nowprocket

Please check at your end and let me know.

Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Best Regards,
