I am running Kadence Blocks Version 3.0.38. I have an advanced carousel on my homepage that has 5 150x50px company logos in it. When it loads on mobile the logos load full screen width and stacked vertically before they load in the proper 3 column layout. This causes a massive vertical layout shift for the page. I don’t remember this behavior happening on older versions of the plugin. When inspecting the CSS the images have a height and width value, so that doesn’t seem to be the issue. I do run an image optimizing plugin (short pixel) and a caching plugin (litespeed cache) however the behavior is the same even when all plugins and caching are disabled.

Hello,

I am having a similar problem,

I have added a video to https://yanahey.com/sound-healing/ but it will not autoplay.

I can only get it to play when I add playback controls, but I don’t want these.

I tried clearing the cache in WordPress but this didn’t work.

Unfortunately, I don’t know if the fonts aren’t found or if there’s something wrong with the script

I am in wp-content\themes in my Child-Theme
I have these 2(4) Fonts direct in my Child-Theme.
fordantenna-bold.woff
fordantenna-bold.woff2
fordantenna-regular.woff
fordantenna-regular.woff2

This Snippet is in the functions.php. (How do I actually rewrite the snippet for multiple fonts?)

I have also tried with a fonts folder (with customized path for each), in the child theme, in the wp-content folder and in the wp-content\uploads\font folder.
Nothing happens, no entry appears in the font selection in the edit page.

I hope you have another good tip for me.

Hey David,

When using the backend, my account couldn’t view your plugins. I looked through your website code, and it appears you’re using an older version of ShopKit.

It looks like your website is using Shopkit v2.0.13, while the current version is v2.0.19.

Can you update your plugin, clear your cache, and see if the issue continues? If it doesn’t, can you provide the account with access to the plugins on this website? Thanks!

To achieve the layout you want on that page, you can add this to Customizer > Additional CSS:

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Deactivate all plugins except for Kadence Blocks and see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, then it’s likely that one of the plugins you installed is causing the issue. You can then re-activate each plugin one at a time and test to see which one is causing the problem.

Can you try to clear your cache and temporarily deactivate it?

Could you do the following in WP Fastest Cache:

• Turn off Combine CSS
• Purge the cache again

It seems your site is missing the style that sets the width for mobile view. Below is the sample code:

I suspect the cache CSS files don’t include the styles for the Advanced Gallery display on mobile. Please clear the site cache via WP Fastest Cache.

Hi there,

Thank you for the link to your site.

I checked it and the logo seems causing the shift. Here’s a video for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDurb9wD

You will notice that after reloading the page, there’s a gray part which is taller than the height of the logo and when the logo appears, it causes the content to move up.

I see the logo is lazyloading. Lazyloading should only happen below the fold.

Please try excluding the logo from lazyloading in LiteSpeed and see if it would make a difference.

If you need the logo class name to exclude in LiteSpeed, you can use “custom-logo” without apostrophes.
