    Ok, I have Wordfence security which does give me the option to remove pages from the ‘wordfence cache’ so that’s probably why you’re not seeing the changes. I didn’t realise it does this. Good to know.

    I would first try to clear your cache and re-upload the image if you haven’t already. You’ve definitely got a few console errors, but I’m afraid it’s beyond my current skill level to decipher those.

    Hmm ok. It still isn’t working. I have Black Studio TinyMCE Widget, Page Builder, Slider Revolution, Stripe, W3 Total Cache, and WooCommerce left. Those all seem necessary.

    Alright, it looks like its definitely related to an issue with page builder not acting responsively. The first thing I would try is to confirm that the page builder settings are indeed set to responsive. After that, clear your cache, and disable plugins to see if there are any conflicts there. If that doesn’t work let me know.

    Hey,
    I would recommend testing your site here- http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/biVoEH/https://yourpleasure.photo/
    Having a good host can make a huge difference. I also recommend a good caching plugin with minify. We love W3 total cache and WP Rocket. Be sure not to overuse plugins. Also, you should compress images where you can.

    Hey Hannah,

    Got more php memory, that didn’t fix the W3 Cache issues I was having, So I ended up getting WP Rocket, love it.
    Should I turn the memory back down or just leave it as is at 256M? I don’t know if it will affect anything that’s why I’m asking.

    That’s where the custom CSS is supposed to go. If you’re not seeing your changes, I would try clearing your cache and then checking.

    hi hannah thanks for the replay 🙂
    i have cleared my cache and deactivated all plugins, still i cant save and the message i get is “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page”
    i started working with the theme and everything was ok but after i installed
    Kadence Importer and imported demo 4 it didn’t let me save changes and gave me the message “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page”

    Thanks.I think know where the broken link is. I just don’t know how to fix it. I believe it’s the connection between “Portfolio” and “Video” and “Portfolio” and “Photography.” I have been to Appearance/Menus and fiddled with that and still can’t get it to work. I also cleared the cache. I am new to WP.

    Hey! I would go into your menu settings (Appearance >Menus) and find the menu that you’re having issues with. You should be able to see each item, as well as the link that it’s sending people to. Make sure that all of your menu items are linked to the desired pages, and if they’re all good, I would clear your cache and go from there. Let me know if that helps.

    I Changed the file name for the images and it is still not showing up.. Deleted all my caches as well to test. I haven’t tried using an other image. I will try with a new image and get back to you. thanks!

    Hey Dan,
    Start by clearing your cache. If that doesn’t work I would suggest deactivating your plugins to test if one is conflicting. Let me know if there’s still no change.

    It’s possible hostgater doesn’t support it. Looked around: http://support.hostgator.com/articles/specialized-help/technical/wordpress/w3-total-cache-wordpress-plugin

    Seems they know it doesn’t work if you have so many plugins installed. Meaning your hitting a php memory limit. Or so other php settings. i would ask theme to increase your php memory else you would be stuck with having to use a different plugin.

    I remove WP Super Cache and Installed W3 Total Cache now the site is broken, Called hostgator they don’t know how to fix issue. PLease Help.

    I’m not seeing that. If anything it seems like your logo may be a hair higher than your menu. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?
