Dear Hannah,
I do not use any cache plugin, could you tell me where I have to delete the cached files?
I could not find any. (ftp)
It looks like there is a captcha problem, but I don’t know where I can set or disable the captcha feature.
I will try again to disable all plugins.Regards

Hi Ben, I have a little confused with the notification when I activate w3 total cache. there is a note like this :
In order for database caching to work with WooCommerce you must add _wc_session_ to the “Ignored Query Strings” option in W3 Total Cache settings here.I have clicked the link given an add _wc_session_ but the note is not gone..
can you help me what happenedDanny

Hey HOON,
a & c. I think the issue for these are related. I would first ensure all your plugins are up to date. I noticed you have the Virtue/Pinnacle toolkit plugin active. That plugin is only for the free theme. It should be uninstalled with premium. Then make sure your cache is cleared. If things still do not save you should check with your host about your php memory. It could be it needs to be increased. Or see here- http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/b. The Resources menu is different from the Footer menu, which is the menu at the bottom you are seeing. You can enable the Resources menu through the Custom Menu widget in Appearance > Widgets.
Hope that helps!

Where are you placing your css? And are you clearing the cache after you update?

November 12, 2015 at 7:06 pm #66764Also Your mod security settings are not allowing preview and your wp-super cache has to be manually cleared after every change. DOn’t forget that step if you are going to use super cache.

Whoops. I just set it back to the new slider. I was experimenting seeing if I could see another slider and forgot to switch it back. It’s there now.
I added the code and now the type looks too small. Is there a way that I can start the words a little more to the left so I can up the font size a bit and add some bold?I cleared where it says “empty all caches.” Is that the correct place.
I also meant to ask if there’s a way to lose the underlining under the header that says “portfolio.” or at the least on the home page.
Thanks again and for responding so quickly.

November 11, 2015 at 12:53 pm #66578Did you clear your total cache plugin? I see the slider on ipad?
On mobile I’m seeing the demo theme slider?
You can set the font size for the call to action for mobile with css like this:
@media (max-width: 767px){ .kad-call-title-case .kad-call-title { font-size: 14px; } }and since your not using the button you will want this:
.kad-call-button-case { display: none; }Ben

Thanks. I just created a slider for mobile, which plays just fine on my phone, but not on my tablet where I get the message “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias not found. Maybe you mean…(goes on to name other sliders)…” This is happening on both Firefox and Chrome. I tried cleaning the browser cache. Also cleaned WordPress site cache and still get the same message. In addition tried setting the slider to another version. Again, same message. It’s not seeing any version. Any idea on what may be going on and how i can correct it?
Also, on mobile — is there anyway to adjust the height of the “call to action” border and line spacing so all the words fit on one line like they do on the computer sized screen? I don’t like the way it looks on mobile.
