Topic: Mobile Menu Not Showing
May 19, 2025 at 3:43 pm #293803Hi
I have been trying to get my mobile menu to show up but it is only showing the menu on the desktop version. I have tried creating a separate menu for the mobile, clearing cache, deactivating and reactivating my plugins. I am not sure what else to try?
my url: minnecravings.com
Any help would really be appreciated.
Thanks!In forum: Kadence ThemeMay 18, 2025 at 3:49 pm #293799Hi everyone,
I’m running into a frustrating issue on my WordPress site *Login to see link Whenever I try to update or publish a post, I get the following error message:
“Could not update post in database”Here’s what I’ve done so far to troubleshoot:
Cleared both browser and site cache
Deactivated all plugins to rule out conflicts (the error still persisted)
Switched to a default theme, but the issue remained
Reviewed the Site Health report, no critical errors were flagged
Has anyone encountered this issue before? I’d really appreciate any insights or suggestions. At this point, I’m not sure if it’s related to database permissions, a plugin conflict, or something else entirely.
Thanks in advance for your help!

May 16, 2025 at 12:04 pm #293793Hi Thomas,
I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.
I tested the Advanced Button on my website with all styles applied, and it’s displaying properly without any alignment issues. You can check the screenshot here: https://share.zight.com/GGu9KJW8
Are you using any caching plugin? If so, please try deactivating it temporarily and check if the issue persists.
Sometimes, after an update, it’s necessary to regenerate the cache files to ensure the latest code is properly loaded. Can you share your website URL with me, so I can take a closer look?
You can post using “set as private reply”.

May 9, 2025 at 11:57 am #293738Not seeing the publication date of your blog posts in Google search results? You’re not alone—it’s a common hiccup for many site owners, especially when using themes like Kadence or posting tech-related content such as app guides or tools like FRP Bypass.
Let’s break down what’s going on—and how to fix it—so your content looks more trustworthy and up-to-date in search.
🔍 Why the Date Might Be Missing
Your Theme Doesn’t Display It
Some themes let you hide or show the post date. If the date isn’t displayed on the page, Google may not know to include it in search results.Structured Data Is Missing or Broken
Google often uses structured data (also called schema) to pick up key info like the date published. If your site’s code doesn’t include it—or it’s incorrect—Google won’t display the date.Google Hasn’t Reindexed Your Page Yet
Even if everything is set up correctly, Google might not have crawled your updated content yet. It can take some time for changes to reflect in search.Cache Is Blocking Updates
Site caching (from plugins or your server) can serve older versions of your pages to Google. Until the cache is cleared, your latest updates might not be seen.Custom Post Types Aren’t Showing Dates
If you’re using a custom post type (like a tutorial or download post for something like FRP Bypass APK), it might not support date fields unless specifically enabled.🛠️ How to Fix It (Step-by-Step)
✅ 1. Enable Date Display in Your Theme
Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize.Find the Blog Post or Single Post settings.
Make sure “Show date” is turned on.
💡 Showing the date builds trust, especially for posts that cover time-sensitive tools or tutorials.
✅ 2. Add or Improve Structured Data
Install an SEO plugin like Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or Schema Pro.These plugins help add proper datePublished and dateModified fields automatically.
Pro Tip: Use Google’s Rich Results Test to make sure your post’s structured data is set up correctly.
✅ 3. Clear All Caches
Clear your WordPress cache (via plugin).Clear your server cache if your host provides one.
Clear your CDN cache if you’re using services like Cloudflare.
✅ 4. Resubmit Your Sitemap to Google
In Yoast SEO, go to General > Features and confirm XML sitemaps are turned on.Then go to Google Search Console and resubmit your sitemap.
This tells Google to take another look at your site.
✅ 5. Be Patient—Google Works in Batches
Even after everything is fixed, Google might take several days (or weeks) to reflect the changes in search results. It’s normal—just stay consistent.🧠 Why This Matters—Especially for Tech Content Like FRP Bypass
If you’re publishing tech tutorials, especially on tools like FRP Bypass APK that are used to unlock Android devices, having a visible date is essential:Trust & Relevance: Users need to know the method you’re showing still works. An old, undated post might lead them to outdated steps or even harm their device.
SEO Boost: Google prefers fresh content. Showing your post’s publication or updated date helps with ranking.
Legal Clarity: When writing about tools like FRP Bypass, it’s helpful to show the date so readers understand the legal and functional context (methods and policies change often).
✅ Final Takeaway
The missing date in Google search results might seem minor, but fixing it can improve trust, search visibility, and user experience—especially for tech posts where users need to know how current your advice is.If you ever share content involving tools like FRP Bypass, keeping things up to date—and clearly dated—shows you’re providing safe, responsible, and relevant help.
In forum: Kadence BlocksMay 6, 2025 at 11:07 am #293713How did you clear the cache?
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Shortcodes not working in editor
I’m using the Kadence Theme in this website and have created a custom element. I’ve set the display settings to “None” because I want to show this element manually via shortcode wherever I need.
However, when I try to place the shortcode (e.g., [element_shortcode id=”123″]) in a page or post, nothing appears on the frontend. I’ve tried clearing the cache and tested with different placements, but still no luck.
Can you please guide me on how to properly display a custom element using a shortcode in Kadence? Or is there a specific way to make this work?

In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Can’t Access starter templates
April 30, 2025 at 12:33 pm #293684Hi hussnainimran53,
Yes, you can definitely switch back to the Kadence theme — there’s no issue with doing that at all. WordPress makes it pretty flexible to change themes, and going back to Kadence won’t cause any harm.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Your site content (like pages, posts, and products) will stay intact — you won’t lose anything.
- Some of the customizations you made using Kadence (like your header layout, color settings, or block styles) may need to be reconfigured, especially if they were changed or removed while using the other theme.
- If you were using Kadence Starter Templates or added custom code, you might want to reapply those.
Once you reactivate the Kadence theme (just go to Appearance > Themes), give your site a quick review:
- Recheck your menus, homepage settings, and widget areas.
- Clear your cache to make sure the changes show up properly.
I’d recommend trying the theme switch on a staging website first. This gives you a safe space to check how everything looks and functions before making changes live.
If anything seems off, feel free to ask — happy to help you get everything looking just the way you want again.

ArchitaIn forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: WP Rocket blamed Kadence theme for wrong CSS coding
April 22, 2025 at 1:29 pm #293615Hey there,
I’ve been testing this quite a bit and I am unable to find declarations where the variable is invalid.
Can you confirm if your Staging Website has the Workaround implemented or not? I do not see the issue occurring here either. Originally, the staging website didn’t include WP Rocket. Whenever you added WP Rocket, can you confirm if you also added the Workaround Method that resolved the original issue?
If you did, can you remove the workaround and make it so that the issue is present? This way, I can look deeper into things. I am currently unable to see the issue live.
Once I can see the issue live, and if I am able to source it to Kadence, we can report this as a bug. However, I haven’t been able to find a case where the variable is declared this way.
Can you also try clearing all of your Caches and confirm if this issue still occurs after the theme re-installation? There is a chance that the reinstallation regenerated the broken codes.
You can also consider taking a video of what you see on your side of things.
Thanks!
-VictorIn forum: Kadence ThemeApril 21, 2025 at 10:30 am #293613Hi,
I have designed a custom header for my website with the help of Kadence Header (Adv). I am trying to add “Social icons” block in the top bar but the icons are not showing on the front end. I thought it is was browser cache or compatibility issue so I opened the website in cognito as well as other browsers but the issue remains the same.
I have shared the screenshots of the both backend and frontend. The icons are not showing on the frontend (in the 2nd screenshot).
I am using Kadence them for my website.

Hi there!
Could you send us the page URL? There might be some CSS syntax errors when you added it to the Customizer. Also, test this CSS:

April 17, 2025 at 12:31 pm #293596Hey there,
Welcome to Kadence Support. We are here to help.
I didn’t experience any of these issues when I updated to 6.8, and I also haven’t found other reports of this.
Whenever upgrading WordPress, it is important to clear your Website and Browser Caches. There is a chance that your using old cache, which can often cause problems like this.
The error you mentioned seems to be directed at WooCommerce. Can you ensure the WooCommerce Plugin is Active on your website and also up-to-date?
You can also check for Console Logged Errors whenever getting the “Your site is not compatible with the ___ block” message. Console errors can often provide insights into issues within the editor.
This could also come from a plugin conflict. Can you try deactivating all of your plugins other than your Kadence Plugins and the main WooCommerce plugin and see if this issue continues?
I hope this helps. Please let me know your results.

April 16, 2025 at 1:08 pm #293586You may disregard this after cleaning the cache.
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: There has been a critical error on this website.
April 15, 2025 at 3:26 am #293563It sounds like the issue might be related to Chrome’s cached data or an extension conflict, especially since clearing the history temporarily resolves it. Firefox handling the site correctly suggests it’s not a server-side error but something specific to Chrome’s environment. You might want to try disabling any Chrome extensions or testing in Incognito mode to see if the problem persists. That said, for a smoother and more consistent viewing experience, especially on mobile, we strongly recommend using or installing Magis TV on iPhone it’s optimized for performance and stability.

April 9, 2025 at 2:04 pm #293520Hey there,
Welcome to Kadence Support! We are here to help.
Thank you for providing us with all of these details. I noticed that the first part of the WP Rocket Ticket mentioned the CSS Selector looked like this:
font-family:var( u002du002dglobal-body-font-family, inherit );Generally, I haven’t encountered our CSS using ever using that kind of selector. Usually, it looks like this: https://share.zight.com/z8uWw7Bx. This screenshot is from my Kadence Test Website that isn’t using many 3rd party plugins. You can see in my screenshot, my selector is coming in right from the Kadence Side in this case.
I’m not entirely sure where the u002du002d part of the selector is coming from. I noticed in one of WP Rocket’s original responses, that the support tech said this: https://share.zight.com/xQumvp8w. This is correct. I’m not sure where the Unicode is coming from, but it should look closer to what the tech mentioned. One thing to note is, that our plugins and themes do not add this unicode. We follow the standard practices for variables. You can learn more about how these should be handled here.
I did testing and couldn’t reproduce this unicode value and I couldn’t find other related instances of this. Search and Replace might work initially, but if a plugin on your website is causing this consistently, then the issue can keep coming back. That really will depend on where exactly this is coming from.
Can you try doing the following?
-Can you deactivate all of the plugins on your website, other than your Kadence Plugins?
-Then, can you clear all of your caches and see if the issue continues?
-If the issue goes away, then there is a plugin conflicting somewhere.
-You can begin to reactivate your plugins one by one. Each time you reactivate a plugin, clear your caches and see if the issue continues.
This should help source if a plugin is causing the issue.I also suggest trying to disable all forms of CDNs and Optimization, including disabling WP Rocket entirely. Then, clear your caches and let us know your results. I also suggest reaching out to your Hosting Provider and seeing if they provide any form of Caching that you may be able to disable/clear.
I hope this helps. Please let me know your results.

I’m using Kadence Pro on my website smartsimregistrationsph.ph, and I had trouble verifying Google AdSense ads.txt through Kadence’s Header/Footer Scripts.
I placed the ads.txt code, but AdSense couldn’t detect it.
Cleared cache, waited, still no success.
Then I tried Ads.txt Manager plugin, and it worked instantly.
Can anyone guide me how can I solve this out. Thank You…In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Blank Slides Appearing in Sliders…

March 8, 2025 at 10:42 am #293238You’ll need to find your customizer. From the front end, if you can see the back admin bar over your site when logged in you’ll see Customize. Click that. If you can’t see the black admin bar, then from the wp admin area, find Appearnace > Customize.
With Customize open, click on Header.
You’ll see a age from your site with the drag and drop customizer for the header. Note, there are two tabs. One for Desktop and one for Tablet/Mobile.
Your main header row is in the middle. Delete the extra menu from the bottom or top row when looking at the Tablet/Tablet.
Click Publish on the Customizer and your changes are ready to view. Remember to clear your cache or you may not see the change.
