    Having the same issue. Everything worked perfectly until I updated the theme today, now I get a blank screen when I try to edit a page. The url shows, but there is nothing to interact with on the page itself. Have cleared the cache and ensured that all php settings match the guidelines. did not help. Have also tried deactivating Pro and blocks, etc (systematically) – that didn’t do anything either.

    Hey there,

    Usually, clearing Cache resolves issues that only occur to a specific environment. There are a few other things that could be causing this. For example, are you using any Browser Extensions? If so, try disabling them and seeing if the issue continues You also should check your Browser Settings. If you have anything enabled that disables JavaScript, it could be the cause of the issue.

    I am also using a Macbook in my testing. Can you ensure your Mac and Web Browsers are both up-to-date? Sometimes out-of-date software can cause related-issues.

    Additionally, you mentioned you cleared your Cache. Have you tried using an Incognito Window to see if the same issues occur?

    When testing from an outside environment, where this works, did you Log In to your website or view it as a logged out user? Is it possible that you’re getting a different view while logged in? If so, I suggest troubleshooting any Cache/Optimization settings on your website. This can be done by disabling different settings one by one until you find a culprit. You should clear all of your caches after each change. I would start with settings related to Caching Logged In/Logged Out users.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Victor, thanks for the updates! I can see that it works from your GIF and I tried it on another computer with the same results. It’s just not working on my computer. I tried the 3 different browsers and cleared the caches on each of them and it’s still not working for me.

    The important thing is that it’s working on other people computers so that the information is getting to the people. I wonder what else I can do to fix it on my computer so that I can test future versions on myself before I send them out to other people.

    Thanks for all your help! Do you have any other suggestions I can try? [MacBook Pro M1 Max, 15.3.1 (24D70)]

    Hi, Christine!

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. For premium products, kindly submit a support ticket so we could see it sooner: Premium Support Tickets

    The error points out a part of our theme code that checks if there is an update available. Sometimes, WordPress stores certain values in transients or options. If there was an issue with the cached data (like the theme update state being incorrectly saved as a boolean or invalid data), the error you had might occur until that data is cleared or refreshed.

    If this happens again, let us know.

    Hey there,

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I viewed your Anchor Links from the PDF. However, it is working for me. Click here to see a GIF for reference. I tried testing this from Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Here is another test GIF as well.

    Did you happen to resolve this issue? If not, can you try clearing all of your Website and Browser Caches and see if this continues?

    Thanks!

    Hi Amrapali,

    I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.

    I checked your website, and the logo appears correctly on the homepage from my end.Check the screenshot for reference: https://share.zight.com/jkujBvpb

    I have noticed you have a cache plugin installed. Clear the website and browser cache from your end and check in incognito window.

    I hope this helps, please let us know if we can assist you further.

    It sounds like you’re encountering an error with the Kadence Blocks Slider when adding a large number of slides. This issue might be related to performance, especially if the slider is trying to load too many slides at once. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    1. Increase PHP Limits
    2. Clear Caches
    3. Check for Plugin Conflicts
    4. Check for Theme Conflicts
    5. Optimize Images
    6. Test with Fewer Slides
    7. Enable Debugging

    `php
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    `

    This will log errors to the debug.log file located in the wp-content folder.

    If none of these suggestions help, I would recommend reaching out to Kadence support for further assistance.

    Good luck! Let me know if any of these solutions work.

    #292996

    It looks like the issue might be related to a conflict with the Kadence Design Library or a server-side restriction. You can try clearing your browser cache and deactivating other plugins to see if there’s a conflict. Also, switching to a default WordPress theme temporarily might help diagnose the issue. I faced a similar problem once, and just like how AzuraScans ensures a smooth reading experience by optimizing its platform, tweaking settings and troubleshooting can sometimes resolve such errors.

    Hi,

    I’m glad you reached out.

    I had a look at the two links you provided and I’m seeing the navigation fonts the same. This is the style that both are using:

    a {
    	font-family: linotype-sabon, sans-serif;
    	font-weight: 700;
    	font-style: normal;
    }

    I attached screenshots of each page as well.

    This does appear to be a caching issue so I would ensure that all caches have been cleared.

    You can also use a URL like this to force a new page load and bypass caching: https://ortodoksie.co.za?v=2

    If what I’m seeing is not correct then please let me know and provide a screenshot of the correct font if possible.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    Are you using a CDN service like Cloudflare? If you are, include clearing your CDN cache as well: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/clearing-your-website-cache/

    See if manually resetting your htaccess file works for you. If you are comfortable with it, you can refer to this for a detailed guide: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/wordpress/reset-the-htaccess-file-to-troubleshoot-wordpress-php-errors/

    If you don’t know how to do it, you can reach out to your hosting provider about the htaccess. They can assist you on that.

    Let us know how we could help you further.

    Hi There,

    I’d be happy to help.

    I reviewed this page: https://kyiakhalid.com/resume/ there are two accordions and both accordions have different pane opened on load. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/9Zu6zZ2B

    You can select the Start with all panes collapsed option from the accordion block settings. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/jkujObnm

    To choose which pane you’d like to open by default, go to the Accordion block settings and select the desired option under Initial Open Accordion.https://share.zight.com/Wnu5Zjrj

    Check the documentation here: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-blocks/accordion-block/

    I tried the accordion anchor at my end, and it is working for me. Check the screencast here: https://share.zight.com/GGubJG4v

    Please try clearing your browser cache or check in incognito window.

    I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Hi @joeroot.pk80,

    I just had a look at your site and I’m seeing things correctly it seems. I’m not seeing any broken images and have attached what I’m seeing.

    Can you ensure that all caches have been cleared?

    Hi there,

    I’m working with my client’s hosting provider to sort out a problem with updating the Virtue Premium theme.

    Here’s his explanation of the issue:

    —————-

    “When we update our theme from Version: 4.10.15 to Version: 4.10.16 we get the following error:

    mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Undefined array key “HTTP_REFERER” in /home/dh_6rr49q/stjacobsdaycare.ca/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/virtue_premium.theme#archive on line 43

    The entire site crashes and is not loadable. When we replace the backup of the Theme it comes back to life. I have made sure the PHP is up to date (8.4 now, it was 8.1) The logs are full of these warnings even before this update but this is the last error when the site wont load.

    Website URL where we can see more details: stjacobsdaycare.ca”

    Hi 64277451,

    The Jewelry Shop Starter Template remains a free template. You are not required to buy a membership to use this Starter Template.

    Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/mXuNKzr4

    I would also like to clarify that once a Starter Template is installed on your website, the Starter Template operates independently; it is not connected or synced to the original template source. Therefore, any updates made to the Starter Template by Kadence will not affect your website.

    To assist you effectively, could you specify the changes you’re referring to?

    Have you updated the theme or any plugins on your website?

    After applying such changes, it’s advisable to purge your website’s cache. Cached resources might prevent new changes from displaying correctly. For guidance on clearing your website cache, please refer to Kadence’s documentation. – https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache

    I have also imported the Jewelry Shop Starter Template on a test website without encountering any issues.

    Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/Qwuy5X5e

    Could you provide specific details about the changes you’re observing? Can you share the link to your website? This information will help in diagnosing and resolving the issue effectively.

    Best regards,
    Teejay.

    Hey Mantas,

    Thanks for writing in.

    I’ve recorded my screen for your reference: https://share.zight.com/yAugy29n

    Basically, you only need to change the alignment of the Row Layout to bottom. If it does not reflect, please clear the cache on your website and browser. You can also send the link to your page and I’ll take a look.

    Best,
    Chito

    I am using the Kadenceblocks plugin with a block theme called “Mirror Magazine”. I am on the latest version of WordPress and all my plugins are up to date. I am using the Kadence Navigations for the menus on my website.

    I tried to change the fonts of the navigation to a Google font. At first, the font changed seemed to have worked but when I went to another page using the same navigation, the font has not changed. This is the link to my website. This is the link to the page on which the fonts are correctly loaded. On the main page of the website (one of the pages on which the fonts on the Nav don´t load) the desired font loads correctly in the footer but not in the Nav.

    I’ve cleared my cache multiple times to no avail. I do not think it is a mixed content error, all my links are https. Any help would be appreciated. My google fonts are set to load locally. The font change does show in the editor, but is not reflected in the front-end. I am using the Gutenberg block editor. I’ve also viewed the website from another computer and browser. The font still doesn´t display correctly

    Hi,
    I want to disable the page title for this landing page, and I have gone to the Kadence settings and disabled it, but it is still showing up on the live site. Just FYI: this is the second page that I am having the same issue. I have cleared all caches again, and the title is still showing.
    Please let me know what the next steps are.
    Thank you,

    Hi!

    I tested the latest versions of Kadence Blocks:
    – Kadence Blocks 3.4.5
    – Kadence Blocks Pro 2.6.1

    You should see in my screencast that the YouTube video popup block is still working after the AJAX infinite scroll: https://share.zight.com/OAudgAyJ

    Could you send me a page URL where the issue is happening? I want to check if there are any console error logged.

    If you haven’t yet and you have a cache plugin active, please clear your website cache. Here’s our guide: Clearing Your Website Cache

    Let me know how I can assist you further.

    Hi @caulierb18,

    I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.

    I tested the form on my end (both classic and advanced form) with multiple emails in the ‘Email Settings’, and I received the emails without any issues. You can check the screenshots here:

    Could you please share a screenshot of your email settings so I can take a closer look? You can use apps like Zight or Loom to record your screen or capture screenshots of the issue and easily share the links with us.

    Please follow the following steps to troubleshoot:

    I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.
