Kit Setup
To integrate Kit with Kadence Forms, you must set up a Kit account, create a Form or Sequence, and connect your Kadence Form to Kit with an API Key.
Get started by heading over to Kit. You can create a new account by signing up for a free trial or logging into an existing account.

Creating a Form
From the Kit Dashboard, click on Grow, then select Landing Pages & Forms.

Next, click + Create New and follow the instructions to create a new form.

Creating a Sequence
A Kit Sequence allows you to send multiple emails or trigger additional actions when a new user is added. This feature is only available on paid accounts.
Click Send and Sequences to add and configure a new Sequence.

Accessing Your API Key
To connect your Kadence Form (Adv) to Kit, you need a V3 API Key. This key enables secure communication between your Kadence Form and your Kit Account.
From the Kit dashboard, click on your username on the top-right bar and then click Settings.

Once you’re on the Settings screen, scroll down and click on the Developer menu item. Here, you can access and copy your V3 API Key, you’ll need this when setting up your Kadence Form (Adv) Block.

Using Kit with the Kadence Form (Adv) Block
Get started by adding a Form (Adv) Block to a page.
Navigate to the Block Settings → General Tab, expand the Submit Actions section, and add Kit (ConvertKit) to the list.

Once Kit is added, there will be a new Kit (ConvertKit) Settings section in the General Form Block section.
Expand the Kit Settings section and enter your API Key. Once the key is set, click on the Save button to connect to your Kit Account.
You will now be able to select a Form or Sequence and also a Tag (if you have any set up) from your Kit account.
Finally, you’ll need to map your Kadence Form Fields to your Kit Fields.
Be sure to save your page!
As forms are submitted, the form information will now be sent directly to Kit in addition to any other submit actions you may have set up.
